HTAC Partner Intake Survey — Now Open

AAMRadar is administering a short partner intake survey on behalf of the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission (HTAC). If your organization builds, operates, supplies, funds, or supports aviation, energy, industrial development, or advanced air mobility, HTAC wants to learn more.

AAMRadar is supporting the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission (HTAC) on its business development and advanced air mobility (AAM) initiatives. As part of that work, we've opened a Partner Intake Survey—a short, structured way for organizations to introduce themselves and help HTAC better understand the industry and economic ecosystem forming around one of the Gulf's most active airports.

Why respond. Houma-Terrebonne Airport is the busiest rotorcraft airport in the nation and a critical hub for Gulf offshore energy operations. It offers lease-ready land, an established industrial park, mature aviation infrastructure, and experienced operators. HTAC participates under the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD) designation in the FAA's eVTOL and Advanced Air Mobility Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). HTAC is actively building partnerships, and this survey is the front door. It takes about five minutes. You introduce your organization, tell HTAC what you're working on, and describe what you'd need from a partner airport.

The survey covers two tracks — tell us where you fit:

●       AAM-Related Initiatives — OEMs and operators; vertiports; charging and mobile/resilient power infrastructure; MRO; UTM and airspace management; threat detection and airspace security; sensors and data; offshore, energy logistics, and high-seas applications; workforce readiness and training; and other focus areas supporting sustainable AAM integration and deployment.

●       Business Park & Industrial Development — aerospace and advanced manufacturing, logistics and distribution, energy and infrastructure, site development, workforce and education, and other industrial tenants and developers.

What happens with your response. Responses are reviewed by HTAC's business development team. HTAC retains all submissions, and AAMRadar administers the process on HTAC's behalf. Completing the survey is voluntary and non-binding—it's a preliminary research and fact-finding step, not a solicitation or a commitment by either party, and any future procurement would strictly follow HTAC's standard governing policies. Because HTAC is a public body, information submitted may be subject to Louisiana public-records law. This survey is part of HTAC's business and economic development activities; it is not conducted on behalf of, and is not part of, the eIPP program or any other FAA program.
